  • Individual Session: One-on One virtual sessions, 45-55 minutes. Longer sessions available on request. Available in Florida, South Carolina, Massachusetts, Vermont, and Virginia.

  • Coaching and Mentoring: A little more hands-on and direct interactions with each other. These sessions are 55 minutes and not covered by insurance. Available in all states.

  • Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy: A guided, evidence-based approach for addressing treatment-resistant depression and exploring deeper self-awareness.

  • Groups: Collaborative spaces to reflect, connect, and grow with others facing similar challenges.

  • If you're using insurance (including BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Oxford, Oscar, Anthem EAP, Carelon, or Quest), your rate is determined by your individual plan. Insurance eligibility will be confirmed before our first session.

  • For private pay or superbill clients, the rate for a 55-minute session is $195.

  • I’m happy to provide superbills upon request and can walk you through how to submit them for potential reimbursement.

    Self-Pay Rate: $195 per 55-minute session

    Some clients choose to pay privately, even when they have insurance, for added flexibility and privacy. Benefits of private pay may include:

    • Freedom from diagnosis and treatment limitations required by insurance

    Session Packages:

    • Single Session: $195

    • 4-Session Package: $720 (10% savings)
      — $180 per session

    • 6-Session Package: $1,020 (15% savings)
      — $170 per session

    Packages are designed to support consistent momentum and deeper exploration over time. Sessions are tailored to your goals, and scheduling is flexible.

    Note: Packages must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise arranged.

  • Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
    KAP is offered as a structured therapeutic experience designed to support emotional insight, healing, and nervous system regulation. Sessions are 90 minutes and offered as part of a 6-session treatment package.

    For Clients Using Insurance:

    • Minimum commitment: 6-session package (90 minutes each)

    • Intake session: Covered by insurance (copay/deductible may apply)

    • First 60 minutes of each KAP session: Covered by insurance

    • Remaining 30 minutes: $75 self-pay portion per session

    • Total self-pay portion for full package: $450 + applicable copays

    • Medication costs are not included and are paid directly to the prescribing provider

    For Self-Pay Clients:

    • Minimum commitment: 6-session package (90 minutes each)

    • Intake session: $225

    • 6 KAP Sessions: $1,650 total

    • Total self-pay cost: $1,875

  • I am licensed to provide therapy services in Florida, Massachusetts, Vermont, South Carolina, and Virginia. I am currently only accepting insurances in Florida and self-pay (or super bill submit) for all other states. Clients must reside in one of these states to receive therapy. if you would like to work together but are in a state not listed, consider my coaching/mentoring packages.

  • Yes! I offer case consultation, mentoring, and coaching services to clients anywhere in the world. These services are self-pay and are not subject to the restrictions associated with licensure or insurance reimbursement requirements.

  • Depth therapy explores the underlying patterns, emotions, and experiences shaping your life. It’s not about quick fixes but about uncovering deeper insights and fostering meaningful, lasting growth.

  • The length of therapy varies for everyone. Some clients find a few months sufficient, while others engage in long-term work. Together, we’ll determine a pace that feels right for you.
